If you are scared when riding a horse, keep in mind the horse will know. The horse cannot read your mind but can feel your scared. Usually, if scared on a horse, people will hold onto the reins tighter, and squeeze with their legs more, and the horse can feel that. If the rider is scared, the horse will become scared too. This will make your rides even tougher in terms of being afraid.
